About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Event Experience team within Central Communications at Scania Nederland B.V. This exciting opportunity will allow you to contribute to the transformation of experience-based communication.

In this role, you will be part of shaping the future of our experience center and driving sustainability, customer profitability, and employee engagement through precise execution and purpose-driven tasks.

Your Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact person for production units regarding security issues, deviations, and production adjustments that affect our visits
  • Coordinate and develop visit areas and visitor experiences
  • Coordinate content creation, implementation, and improvement of information flow in our visit areas in collaboration with the Showroom Developer
  • Perform data analysis to support business decisions and reporting. Develop dashboards to visualize statistics and other KPIs
  • Handle invoicing and other administrative tasks related to assignments
