As a Membership Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering these experiences by developing and implementing a structured and seamless workflow for the Nordic markets.

Working closely with colleagues across various teams and service units, you will ensure seamless customer journeys, from welcome calls to benefit registrations and exclusive events. Your creativity and fearless approach will enable you to suggest and implement changes to improve both the product and customer experience.

Key qualities for success in this role include a strong ability to create lasting relationships, both internally and externally, combined with excellent listening skills and an outside-in perspective that prioritizes the customer's needs. You must be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize tasks effectively and utilize multiple platforms and tools simultaneously.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a structured and seamless workflow for the Nordic markets.
  • Inviting our most valued Card members to the exclusive world of Centurion.
  • Creating tailored welcome meetings, follow-ups, and proactive activities based on customers' needs.
  • Staying up-to-date with benefits, such as local and international events, and offers in the Amex Experiences app.
  • Supporting the administration of incoming benefit registrations.
  • Suggesting and implementing changes to improve the product and customer experience.
  • Participating in face-to-face events with Card members.
