Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director, Product Marketing to lead our product marketing efforts and drive successful go-to-market strategies. As the leader of the Product Marketing function, you will own the strategy for positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning across our portfolio of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a compelling positioning of our different product areas, as well as in the wider Marketing Intelligence category
  • Set the messaging around our products' differentiated value proposition in a way that resonates with our target audiences
  • Plan and lead product and feature releases, collaborating with product management, marketing, and revenue teams to ensure successful adoption and business impact
  • Drive market research and customer feedback initiatives to understand needs, and the competitive landscape and ensure market relevance
  • Partner with product managers to align on product roadmaps and ensure seamless communication between teams
  • Work closely with the sales enablement team to equip the revenue teams with tools, training, and resources to position and sell our products effectively
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team of product marketing managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, impact, and customer focus

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading successful go-to-market strategies and launching products that customers love and that achieve significant business impact
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles in a high-growth environment
  • Experience leading and growing a high-performing team of product marketing managers
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, compelling narratives
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-informed approach to decision-making
  • Deep understanding of customer personas, market dynamics, and competitive analysis
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and sales
  • A plus if you have experience in digital marketing or data analytics
