Job Summary:We're looking for a skilled marketer to take our demand generation efforts to the next level. As a Demand Generation Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring campaigns to drive lead acquisition and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy:
- Develop comprehensive campaign strategies to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Marketing Automation:
- Act as the key user of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce.
- Develop strategies for lead acquisition, segmentation, and nurturing to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Leverage automation workflows to optimize lead management, tracking, and reporting.
- Paid Media:
- Design and execute Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI, including LinkedIn paid campaigns.
- Develop personalized, automated email campaigns, including segmentation and nurturing strategies to engage leads and boost conversions.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on goals, ensure lead quality, and drive business outcomes.
- Improve processes and workflows using marketing tools.
Requirements:
- Experience in Demand Generation: Proven track record of at least 5 years managing demand generation campaigns, including SEM, paid LinkedIn campaigns, and multi-channel strategies focused on lead generation and conversions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications: Current certifications in relevant platforms, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, or comparable tools like HubSpot, are essential to demonstrate expertise in demand generation and marketing automation.
- Martech Expertise: Proven experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing martech to enhance campaign efficiency and performance.
- B2B Knowledge: Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead nurturing techniques, and account-based marketing strategies.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Adaptability: Experience in a fast-paced or scale-up environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to change seamlessly.
