Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive app tracking strategy to ensure seamless and engaging digital experiences for our users.
  • Work closely with our Web Analyst as a sparring partner to contribute to our Personalization journey, aligning app tracking with web analytics for a unified experience.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to inform decision-making, product development, and iteration, as well as sales and marketing activations.
  • Manage, document, and evolve our app tracking strategy, ensuring it remains aligned with our digital analytics goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Product, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure a cohesive and data-driven approach to digital experience optimization.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working with app tracking and analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and MixPanel, with experience in data and analytics.
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional teams and delivering data-driven insights.
  • Background in experimentation, optimization, product management, and analytics.
