Job Description

This Technical Account Manager position involves working closely with customers to understand their specific business needs and requirements across different industries. You will present and demonstrate the capabilities of Polarion in customer-specific contexts, showcasing best practices and the solution's value proposition.

In this role, you will participate in deep dive workshops, benchmarks, and technical discussions to provide comprehensive insights into Polarion and related solutions. You will also collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored presentations and proposals that address customer challenges and objectives.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation of bids, proposals, and responses to customer inquiries, ensuring technical accuracy and clarity. Additionally, you will channel voice-of-customer feedback to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap and feature enhancements.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a strong understanding of Siemens Polarion and related industry solutions to join our team as a Technical Account Manager.
