About the Role

Nimblr is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR & Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Management: Handle the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, and other team members.
  • Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and developments in the field of recruitment and HR.
  • LinkedIn Management: Utilize LinkedIn to promote our brand, engage with potential candidates, and attract top talent.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, including data entry and system maintenance.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition.
Additional Responsibilities
  • HR Support: Provide support to hiring managers and other team members on HR-related matters.
  • HR Systems: Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Work Environment: Drive initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee well-being and engagement.
  • Strategic Projects: Participate in strategic HR projects, contributing to the development of HR processes and initiatives.
