About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our team at Saint-Gobain Sekurit. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR Manager in various tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Source, screen, and select top talent for various positions within the company.
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is required. Experience in the industrial sector is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in Swedish and English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
