Key Responsibilities- OEM Account Management: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our OEM business relationships.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, initiate meetings with OEMs, and develop sales strategies to win and present to our leadership team.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and purchasing departments at OEMs, drive relationship development toward business results, and process RFQs and lead quotation processes.
- Commercial and Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver commercial and technical presentations to OEMs, and work closely with our FAE and Tier1 sales teams to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Planning and Reporting: Develop and execute account strategies with management, report on sales progress against targets, and forecast mid-term revenue with regards to OEM directed business.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the automotive and semiconductor industries, with experience in sales of MCU, SoC, Analog, and Power devices.
- Account Management: Ability to develop and manage accounts toward clear set of targets, aligned with Renesas' strategy, together with our leadership team.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and report timely.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with our global team.
- Agility and Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of challenge and humor.
