We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced childcare assistant to join our team at The Foundation Stage Forum Ltd. As a childcare assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our children's centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the care and education of children aged 0-5 years
- Support the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Contribute to the development of learning journeys and key person systems
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high standard of care and education
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ 3 in childcare or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of the EYFS and key person system
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
