About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President Strategy & Digital Transformation at Volvo Group Digital & IT. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating complex meetings and projects, and driving business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive ownership of the SVP's agenda, coordinating meetings and projects with key stakeholders.
  • Managing the SVP's inbox, ensuring all duties are completed in a prioritized and organized manner.
  • Obtaining and organizing information for use in conferences, speeches, and reports.
  • Editing, proofing, and formatting documents and research.
  • Driving and coordinating projects and programs related to business operations.
  • Coordinating and assisting in the SVP's management team meetings and other key D&IT governance meetings.
  • Managing administration, including travel arrangements, purchase orders, invoices, and other expenses.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge typically obtained through education and relevant work experience as an assistant on a senior executive level (>>5 years).
  • A good listener with high integrity, transmitting information accurately and understandably.
  • Flexible and able to perform a wide range of tasks, responding to changes in direction and priorities.
  • Strong business acumen and a clear customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint/Teams, SAP/R3, EBD, SuccessFactors, and other support tools for administration in Volvo Group.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
