Your Role
Join Zumtobel Group as a Sales Executive focused on enhancing the Outdoor Lighting segment. You will engage with various stakeholders such as Municipalities, National Road Authorities, Energy Firms, and M&E Consultants to cultivate opportunities for sustainable growth.Your Responsibilities:
Analyze the Outdoor Lighting market to identify key drivers and opportunities, formulating strategies to foster profitable growth.Create and execute tailored account plans for major clients, aligning with the directives from the Sales Manager.Select and oversee significant projects to ensure high conversion rates and profitability.Collaborate with the Sales Manager to establish and nurture a diverse portfolio of key accounts, including Municipalities, National Road Authorities, Energy Firms, M&E Consultants, and Contractors specializing in Public Lighting.Build and maintain extensive personal connections within key accounts and projects to enhance sales and business development efforts.Assume responsibility for your personal sales targets, achieving specifications, sales volume, profit margins, and conversion rates in accordance with set objectives.
Your Profile
Knowledge of the lighting, LED, and/or smart building industries.Proven experience in a sales role with a focus on outdoor lighting.Exceptional communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.A natural relationship builder who collaborates effectively with colleagues to prioritize customer satisfaction.
