Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical support and guidance on Linux-related issues.
- Work closely with our sales team and IT architects to identify and implement solutions that meet our clients' needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our technical team to resolve complex technical issues and implement new technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Linux technologies and trends, ensuring our clients receive the best possible support.
- Strong technical knowledge of Linux, including Ubuntu, LVM, Nagios, Nginx, Shellscript, Puppet, MySQL, Elasticsearch, and Gitlab.
- Experience with DNS, network security, and last balancer technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Formal education in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology.
