Job Description

The Incluso AB team is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team in Gothenburg. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing efforts and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of global and local marketing campaigns, events, and activations.
  • Provide expert guidance and support in creating engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Collaborate with global and local resources, agencies, and vendor partners to deliver successful projects and activations.
  • Assume the role of project leader for smaller, defined projects and activations.
  • Adapt and maintain brand identity guidelines across all campaigns, events, and activations.
  • Plan logistics for event vehicles and coordinate stakeholder contact, including internal office tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in community management, project management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and a relevant marketing education.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written; native and/or fluent Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with various digital platforms and familiarity with Meta and other relevant tools.

About the Team:

The marketing team consists of an Event Manager, Communications Manager, Head of Marketing, and Content Specialist. This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso AB in Gothenburg, with a possibility of extension after the initial 6-month contract.
