We are looking for a Commercial Talent Advisor to join our team at TN Sweden. This role will be based in Stockholm and involves working with clients to understand their workforce strategies and provide solutions to meet their needs.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR & organizational practices and industry dynamics, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for balancing business development efforts with nurturing existing client relationships, ensuring the quality of our delivery, and contributing to enhancing our brand reputation and positioning in the market.
Responsibilities- Combine client acquisition, portfolio management, and relationship management.
- Understand people practices and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Identify transformation opportunities and foster collaboration with clients.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to meet client needs.
- Strengthen our brand reputation and positioning in the market.
- Higher education in Management, Economics, HR or equivalent.
- 5+ years of consultative client-facing experience.
- Excellent command of English and Swedish.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
- Effective time management and analytical skills.
- Eagerness to learn and proactive mindset.
