Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Partner to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional business-to-business support, manage digital assets, and work closely with the Product Manager on various duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients, building long-lasting relationships.
- Provide expert service support for accounts, handling service issues, invoicing questions, and conducting research for individual client requests.
- Manage a portfolio of domain names, trademarks, and brand protection business to protect and secure global internet brands.
- Take and fulfill orders, partnering with clients to become their trusted advisors.
- Identify new revenue opportunities/enhancements to product offerings.
- Work collaboratively with Service Support teams to complete internal and external customer orders.
- Assist Product Managers with brand launches, problem-solving, product development, and troubleshooting.
- Communicate industry changes and new product offerings to clients.
- Conduct research and analysis of customer data.
- Perform online demonstrations for clients and sales staff.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Swedish is essential.
- Experience in a similar customer service-oriented role is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook are necessary.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work under pressure.
- Previous experience in producing quality results with high attention to detail.
- Direct, open, and honest communication with customers and co-workers.
