Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Enterprise Security to lead our security and risk management efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and maintain a comprehensive security framework that minimizes risks and ensures our practices are robust, proactive, and aligned with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement a Security Policy: Create and maintain a security policy that defines requirements and crisis preparedness, ensuring our organization is well-equipped to respond to potential threats.
- Security Awareness and Communication: Keep the organization informed about risks, security issues, and continuity plans, fostering a culture of security awareness and vigilance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations, laws, and industry standards, maintaining the highest level of security and integrity.
- Crisis Preparedness and Response: Monitor and improve crisis preparedness, ensuring our organization is prepared to respond effectively to security incidents.
- Security Council Leadership: Lead a Security Council for information sharing and coordination, fostering collaboration and best practices across the organization.
- Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure security standards are met, and provide support to Business Areas and Units in risk management and security operations.
- Assessments and Audits: Participate in assessments, audits, and align with Boliden Mineral AB's risk management processes, ensuring our security practices are robust and effective.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree with relevant training in security management, and proven experience in security management, ideally within an industrial setting.
- Security Expertise: A solid understanding of laws, regulations, and security standards, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues across the organization.
