Huvudsakliga Ansvarsområden:
  • Leda och samordna Länsförsäkringar AB-koncernens säkerhetsarbete, inklusive vidareutveckling av styrning, ramverk, metoder och systemstöd.
  • Hålla koncernens riskanalyser, strategier och utbildningar uppdaterade i enlighet med marknadsutvecklingen och externa regler.
  • Samarbeta nära den operativa IT-verksamheten och övrig affärsverksamhet för att säkerställa enhetligt och kvalitativt säkerhetsarbete.
  • Genomföra övergripande riskanalyser och bidra med expertis till verksamhetens egna analyser.
  • Delta i mål- och visionsarbete för att säkerställa att säkerhetsarbetet stödjer verksamhetens strategiska mål.
  • Utveckla rutiner och metoder för kris- och incidenthantering.
  • Ansvara för analysmetoder och återrapportering till enheter, ledning och styrelse.

Du har sju direktrapporterande medarbetare, inklusive specialister inom kris- och kontinuitetshantering samt fysisk säkerhet. I din roll som CISO har du direkt ansvar för informationssäkerheten.

Vem Är Vi Söker?

För att bli framgångsrik i rollen önskar vi att du har följande:

  • Akademisk utbildning inom informationssäkerhet, system-/datavetenskap, informationssystem eller motsvarande.
  • Minst 5-8 års erfarenhet av att leda informationssäkerhetsrelaterat arbete, gärna från finansiell sektor.
  • Erfarenhet från kontrollbaserat arbete och arbete med tredje part, inklusive användande av tredjepartsintyg.
  • Gedigen kunskap om externa regler såsom dataskyddsförordningen och DORA.
  • God förståelse för säkerhet inom exempelvis molntjänster, utveckling, drift samt ny teknologi såsom AI mm.
  • Kunskap om säkerhetsstandarder och erfarenhet från arbete med ramverk såsom ISO27001, SOC2, NIST.

Som person bör du vara:

  • Strukturerad, noggrann och ha förmåga att hantera flera uppgifter samtidigt.
  • Affärsorienterad och ha förmåga att bygga effektiva ramverk och etablera samband mellan verksamhetens risker och kontrollbehov.
  • Stark social förmåga inkl. trivas med att samarbeta med olika intressenter.
  • God kommunikationsförmåga både skriftligt och muntligt.
  • Förmåga att leda och inspirera andra i att driva, leverera och förflytta arbetet framåt.

Du rapporterar till koncernens Chefsjurist och ingår i juristenhetens ledningsgrupp. Juristfunktionen ansvarar för juridiskt stöd, GRC-arbete, penningtvätt och dataskydd. Du arbetar både strategiskt och taktiskt nära den operativa verksamheten och IT-funktionen, vilket kräver god affärsförståelse och förmåga att identifiera säkerhetsrelaterade risker. Dokumenterad erfarenhet av informationssäkerhetsarbete är ett krav.
