Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and customer engagement metrics.

  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback.
  • Proficient in Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
