Executive Support Manager

The Chief of Staff (CoS) is a strategic and versatile executive role, designed to support the CEO in leading Sinch through significant transformation and change. This role is integral to the Global Leadership Team, ensuring that the Sinch vision and strategic priorities are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:Executive Support
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on key business decisions leveraging their own observations and interactions with other GLT members.
Coordinate with Executive Assistant (EA) to ensure that meeting agendas and pre-reads are available.
Attend key meetings that the CEO attends and track follow up commitments to conclusion ensuring intended business outcomes are achieved.
Leadership and Coordination
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment of efforts towards the company's strategic goals.
Create space to test new ideas and solve problems.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO, Group Leadership Team (GLT) members, and external stakeholders.
Strategic Initiatives
Lead and oversee critical projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Stay current on industry and competitive trends to provide input into strategic planning processes.
Communication and Change Management
Lead communications planning for CEO and GLT – ensure messaging and planning are coordinated.
Support change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement and communications.
Transformation Programs
Assume leadership of specific transformation programs, driving change and ensuring successful outcomes.
Develop project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate resources to achieve program objectives.
