Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a growth plan to drive revenue expansion in Sweden
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Introduce a more structured outbound approach to identify new opportunities
  • Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of SaaS B2B enterprise software sales experience
  • Strong lead generation and outreach skills
  • Consultative and customer-first sales approach
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English
