Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving sales growth in the Nordics, Benelux, and CEE regions. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will lead and manage a team of front-line sellers to foster strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Manage Enterprise Informatics Sales across multiple zones, leading direct sales efforts in the Nordics zone and indirect sales efforts through Zone Sales Leaders in Benelux and CEE.
- Lead and manage a team of front-line sellers, including Account Managers, Sales Executives, and Sales Specialists or Sales Specialist Leaders, to create value for customers and deliver on growth targets.
- Monitor sales team individual performance against targets, providing constructive feedback to ensure goals are met or exceeded.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of sales experience, with an MBA being a plus.
- Proven track record of creating and executing account plans towards sales objectives and delivering commercial targets.
- Experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities requiring escalation or acceleration to ultimately deliver results.
