Grale seeks an exceptional Sales Leader to spearhead our revenue growth initiatives and drive impactful change in the industry.
As the Head of Sales, you will lead Grale's sales strategy, overseeing everything from lead generation to closing deals. Your primary focus will be on implementing efficient sales processes, directly executing sales strategies, and delivering measurable results. You will oversee a growing sales team, working closely with key accounts to ensure consistent performance and alignment with Grale's mission.
This is a highly operational role, perfect for someone who thrives on taking ownership of sales processes and driving results across multiple customer segments.
Key ObjectivesSales Execution & Revenue Growth
- Effectively manage the full sales cycle—from identifying leads and building a pipeline to negotiating and closing deals.
- Implement proven sales processes and strategies to ensure steady revenue growth and meet ambitious sales targets.
- Develop and manage detailed sales plans and forecasts, ensuring realistic and achievable goals.
Team Development & Performance
- Lead and grow a motivated sales team, setting clear targets and providing day-to-day guidance to ensure their success.
- Train and support team members to improve sales skills, productivity, and overall results.
- Establish performance tracking tools to monitor progress and take immediate action when targets are off track.
Customer Management & Success
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the point of contact for high-value clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Oversee customer onboarding and success processes to maintain long-term partnerships.
Market Focus
- Identify and prioritize target customer segments and industries based on potential for growth.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends to uncover new opportunities and ensure Grale stays competitive.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align lead-generation efforts with sales goals.
- Drive daily sales operations, ensuring targets are met through direct action and team efforts.
- Oversee and execute outreach to prospective clients, converting leads into loyal customers.
- Build efficient workflows for pipeline management, tracking progress, and ensuring consistent follow-ups.
- Lead by example, taking an active role in pitching to potential customers and closing deals.
- Use sales data to refine strategies and optimize team performance on an ongoing basis.
- Build a high-performing sales team. Ensure all team members follow best practices in CRM usage and sales documentation.
To excel in this role, we look for someone with:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in sales, including managing the full sales cycle (lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing).
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in B2B or subscription-based models.
- Strong operational skills, with the ability to implement and streamline sales processes.
- Experience in building a sales team and managing the team, with the ability to inspire and guide them to achieve results.
- A track record of maintaining and growing customer relationships to drive long-term success.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in presenting to clients.
- Solid understanding of sales tools (CRM systems) and how to leverage data for decision-making.
- Proficiency in English and Swedish (written and spoken).
