Swedish-speaking Product Support Specialist

Position Overview
This role presents a remarkable opportunity for a Product or Application Specialist to contribute to Roche Diagnostics, a leader in In-Vitro Diagnostics.
The position is situated within the Serum Work Area (SWA) of the Regional Customer Support Center (RCSC), dedicated to delivering technical and scientific assistance to clients across multiple regions.
The primary responsibilities include offering remote application support for the SWA product line and conducting customer training sessions. The support scope encompasses a diverse clientele and Roche personnel across various countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering application support and resolving issues for customers at the RCSC;
- Providing remote assistance to field representatives in the region;
- Managing complaint handling and documentation in accordance with quality standards;
- Ensuring customer satisfaction in collaboration with field teams and sales managers;
- Executing special projects as needed;
- Conducting customer training in designated training facilities and on-site as required;
- Participating in complaint review, analysis, and trending based on performance metrics;
- Offering on-site support when necessary;
- Assisting sales teams with product demonstrations and technical responses during the tender process.
Candidates should be located within a reasonable commuting distance or be open to relocation. An intensive training program will be provided during the initial months, with additional training sessions scheduled periodically.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A proactive individual who excels under pressure and possesses strong troubleshooting skills.
- A degree in Biomedical Science or a related scientific field, along with relevant experience in the diagnostics sector or healthcare environment.
- A commitment to exceeding customer expectations and fostering knowledge transfer.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A confident demeanor with a proven track record of performance in a multicultural setting.
- Proficiency in both English and Swedish.
