Job DescriptionRole Summary

The Business Developer, Data Center will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase adoption of Hilti solutions in the Data Center industry. This includes coordinating with local and global teams associated with key accounts, proactively developing business opportunities through a selected portfolio of accounts and projects involved in the Data Center industry, and maximizing Hilti's sales potential with these customers by providing high-quality technical service and engineering consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Development of Data Center accounts through account standardization, project specification, sales development and multi-level relationship management.
  • Development of the strategy for assigned accounts and segment game plans, and leading its implementation.
  • Building and owning a data center project pipeline to identify largest business opportunities for Hilti in these projects.
  • Proactively building up and participating in project capture teams to drive aligned focus projects and increase share of wallet.
  • Maintaining effective communication throughout the team and company, and acting as owner of assigned accounts.
