Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Growth Leader to join our team at Truecaller. As a key member of our growth hacking team, you will be responsible for driving growth, retention, and conversion optimizations for our native Android application.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies to increase user engagement and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Android engineers, product designers, and data analysts, to identify opportunities for growth and implement data-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate should have demonstrated ownership of product areas, led small teams, and collaborated effectively with stakeholders to drive impactful product initiatives.

In this role, you will:

  • Define and execute growth, retention, and conversion strategies for our native Android application
  • Develop and validate hypotheses through A/B testing and data-driven experimentation
  • Collaborate closely with Android engineers, product designers, and data teams to drive impactful product initiatives
  • Identify key metrics and analyze user behavior to inform product decisions and measure success
