The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing IT strategies, with experience in leading and developing IT departments, delivering IT-related projects, and driving digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the IT strategy and enterprise IT architecture, ensuring alignment with the overall group strategy goals and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the IT strategy and enterprise IT architecture
  • Lead and develop the IT department, including infrastructure, applications, project management, business intelligence, security, and support services
  • Collaborate with leaders and facilitate the network of IT key users in the organization for leveraging synergies and further collaboration
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute projects, including digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and competitive advantage
  • Manage IT-related risk, information security, and integrity of the data and IT systems
  • Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relations effectively

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Solid experience from a senior IT leadership role, preferably in an international setting
  • Proven track record developing IT departments, delivering IT-related projects, preferably including digital transformation
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies and their business applications
  • Experience with IT budget management and financial planning
  • Fluent in English
