The Plant Controller plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of the plant. As a key member of the Plant Management team, you will work closely with the Plant Manager to analyze financial and production results, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to achieve long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the budget process, ensuring accurate and up-to-date transfer prices
- Analyze and present daily, weekly, and monthly financial results to local management and the Belgian Controller team
- Manage the CAPEX process from start to finish
- Own and manage the transfer price process
- Identify cost drivers and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Benchmark the Tyresö plant against other plants in the Lotus group
- Conduct price simulations and calculations for new product developments
- Experience in a similar controller position, preferably in a production environment
- Master's degree in economics or industrial engineering
- Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and MS Office
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Excellent analytical skills and logical reasoning
- Strong ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to manage pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong drive to achieve results
