Financial Analyst

About the Role

This position is responsible for working closely with the Plant Manager to drive the financial success of the plant. The successful candidate will analyze financial and production results, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance long-term performance. Regular collaboration with the Belgian controller team and the plant manager in Tyresö is expected. Key responsibilities include leading the budget process, ensuring transfer prices are up-to-date, and presenting financial analysis to local management and the financial team in Belgium. This role is part of the local plant management team.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the yearly budget process
• Analyze and present daily/weekly/monthly financial results to local management and the Belgian controller team
• Manage the CAPEX process from start to finish
• Own and manage the transfer price process
• Identify cost drivers and ensure long-term cost improvements
• Benchmark the Tyresö plant against other plants in the Lotus group
• Conduct price simulations and calculations for new product developments
