About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Healthcare Specialist to join our Research Council team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing CRM activities across our markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute CRM Strategy: Collaborate with our team to design and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our copywriters, SEO team, and Martech team to plan, build, and deliver multi-channel communications using our CRM tool Braze.
  • Manage Campaigns and Reports: Own our weekly newsletter, including planning and coordinating content, building and launching it, monitoring performance, and driving improvements.
  • Support Test-and-Learn Strategy: Actively drive and support the planning and delivery of our ongoing test-and-learn strategy to optimize customer engagement.
  • Manage Projects and Data: Be involved in and coordinate various projects with different business areas, manage reports, and monitor campaign performance.
  • Grow Data Points in Braze: Work with Braze and our Martech team to grow our data points within Braze, allowing us to fully leverage the tool and drive initiatives across various user touchpoints.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in quality assurance for our CRM campaigns to ensure high-quality execution.
Requirements
  • 2-3 Years of CRM Experience: Proven experience working in CRM, building campaigns, and automations, with a strong understanding of email and push marketing, CRM metrics, performance management, and testing.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a strong ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing environments.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with consistency and clarity.
  • Team Player: A team player with strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English: Fluency in English is required, with Swedish and/or French being an advantage.
