We are seeking a highly skilled Senior E-Commerce Project Manager to join our team at IMPACT. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a crucial role in the development of digital solutions for our clients.
As a Senior E-Commerce Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering E-Commerce projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline. You will also be the primary facilitator of your project teams and the primary contact person for your clients.
Key Responsibilities- Project management of development teams and facilitation of SCRUM meetings, ensuring deliveries within time, budget, and scope.
- Ensure a great team spirit in the project team.
- Build strong relationships with our customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Together with the other project managers and Director of Delivery, ensure a focus on optimizing processes and general actions that will improve the department's productivity and quality.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience leading E-Commerce/digital software projects, preferably from an agency/consultant perspective.
- At least 4 years of experience in project management of development teams and customer advisory.
- Technical understanding and/or experience with technical projects, preferably related to e-commerce (CMS, PIM, digital marketing tools, etc.).
- Understanding of digital marketing and UX & Design.
- Great understanding of connecting business and IT.
- Experience with SCRUM.
