Key Responsibilities

  • Support and steer the Tech team to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee the development of Randstad's e-commerce Tech stack, ensuring it meets the needs of our global organization.
  • Coach the team to improve agile methodologies and a culture of enhancements and sharing of knowledge and experience.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to cultivate a culture of innovation and achievement.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A couple of years of experience in a similar role, such as Tech Lead, Scrum Master, or Project Lead.
  • Experience and skills within software development, with a strong background in e-commerce.
  • Knowledge and experience in agile development, preferably within e-commerce.
  • Technical expertise in development and e-commerce, with familiarity with key technologies including Netlify, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Azure functions, and more.
  • Expertise in agile processes like Scrum, JIRA, and GitHub.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

We are looking for a candidate with great personal leadership and a curious mindset, equipped with strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit. Prioritizing knowledge sharing and coaching to enhance development and teamwork.
