Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Strategist to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth within the Academic and Government Sector.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategies to drive business growth within the Academic and Government Sector.
- Generating new opportunities within the Academic and Government Sector, both directly and through partners.
- Articulating the value proposition of LinkedIn Talent Solutions to senior leaders within the public sector.
- Building strong personal relationships with prospects and maintaining a robust pipeline.
- Creating reliable forecasts and ensuring transparency with management regarding pipeline status.
- Closing new business consistently at or above quota level.
- Closing renewals of existing customers.
- Developing and executing a strategic plan for the territory.
- Investing in the growth and development of colleagues.
- Contributing to the creation and dissemination of best practices within the team.
- Maintaining awareness of market needs and sharing insights with product and marketing teams.
- Addressing problems proactively and taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Seeking opportunities to lead and contribute to the achievement of company objectives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A minimum of 5+ years of applicable closing sales experience.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
Please note that these are basic requirements, and preferred qualifications may also be considered.
