About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts and drive the commercialization of our innovative coating technology.

As Senior Manager, Business Development, you will play a key role in expanding our presence within the medtech industry. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities, leveraging your extensive network and expertise in deal-making.

You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to attract, evaluate and negotiate potential partnerships, collaborations, and licensing opportunities. Your ability to communicate effectively across multiple disciplines, functions, and stakeholder groups will be critical in driving success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with experience in identifying and pursuing high-potential opportunities. A proven track record in deal team leadership and a deep understanding of MedTech or other life sciences industries product development processes, regulatory landscapes, and commercialization channels are essential.
