Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Key Account Strategist to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships with enterprise-level partners to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships, focusing on the enterprise segment.
  • BUILD STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS with identified leads, tailoring your approach to position us as a partner of choice.
  • LEAD NEGOTIATIONS regarding partnership terms, using data and logic to gauge potential performance and unit economics.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to partner representatives, helping them overcome issues related to our service and develop existing partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a winning proposition for the market and expand our offerings.
  • Contribute to refining our local sales strategy to accelerate market penetration.
Requirements
  • Proven success in sales, business development, and negotiation.
  • Experience in SaaS, marketplace, eCommerce, and/or last-mile logistic-related sales is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and commercial acumen, with an instinct for opportunities and ability to present to Director/VP/CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable consultative sales approach, able to build relationships and tailor our offering and business model to specific partners.
  • Skilled in both new sales and client development, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to collaborate, problem-solve, and derive actionable insights to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for Partners and ourselves.
  • Excellent analytical skills, translating data into actions and analyzing sales metrics to produce relevant KPIs.
  • Fluent in English.
