We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team at TN Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
- Project Management:
- Oversee client projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure timely and effective project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of account management experience.
- 2+ years of project management experience.
- Previous management experience is highly valued.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communication, Marketing).
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client projects efficiently.
- Business development mindset, with a creative mindset to find win-win solutions.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
