You will play a pivotal role in driving new business sales for Leadoo, an innovative company expanding its presence in Sweden. Your primary responsibilities will include scouting the Swedish market, prospecting, pitching, and booking meetings for the Account Executive team. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop relevant campaigns targeting C-level executives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting: Research and identify B2B companies in Sweden that can benefit from Leadoo's services.
  • Engaging: Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone to start meaningful conversations and build rapport.
  • Maintenance: Maintain and manage your prospect pipeline using HubSpot.

You will work closely with colleagues in Stockholm and other European offices, fostering a collaborative environment.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has a Strong Foundation: At least a High School diploma.
  • Experienced SDR: Some previous experience in an SDR-role, preferably from a digital/tech-company.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technological Savvy: A strong tech-interest.
  • Goal-Oriented: Enthusiastic, goal-driven, and organized.
  • Omnichannel Outreach: Comfortable with different types of outreach such as phone, email, video, and LinkedIn.
  • CMS and Automation Tools: Experience with CRM and other sales automation/prospecting tools.
