Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and expanding our footprint in the region.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Focusing exclusively on new business development and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value enterprise deals.

  • Working strategically with CTOs, CIOs, and IT leaders to build strong business cases and close deals.

  • Developing and executing a winning sales strategy, creating a clear territory plan, and exceeding revenue targets.

  • Leveraging top-tier SaaS sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC, Challenger, and value-based selling, to drive deal success.

  • Collaborating with pre-sales experts to deliver the best possible solutions for customers.

Requirements:

  • A relentless drive to exceed targets and a strong B2B SaaS/software sales expertise.

  • Knowledge and curiosity towards technical solutions, including integration technology and SaaS/PaaS solutions.

  • Fluent in high-impact SaaS sales methodologies and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build pipeline and close deals, taking full ownership of your territory and prospecting strategy.
