Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hardware Team Lead to join our team in Vasteras. As a key member of our Hardware Team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing program development activities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage program development activities, including work package planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Analyze and identify areas for improvement, implementing process changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Group Managers and colleagues outside of the Hardware Team.
- Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware development, with a strong background in program management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Swedish a plus.
