About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Lead Engineer to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading HW related activities and projects within the area of responsibility.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute HW projects, ranging from new development projects and maintenance activities to minor release changes.
  • Write technical documentation and support within the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Interact and communicate with customers, projects, suppliers, and the product organisation on a global basis.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in industrial/automotive electronics (HW) design.
  • Knowledge of working with HW project management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Desire to work collaboratively.
  • Fluent English and Swedish is desirable.
