As a Program Development Hardware Engineer, you will coordinate work packages within the program, manage projects, activities, high-level planning, stakeholders, and resources.

We will look to you for:

  • Being Work Package responsible for two-three larger cross-functional activities
  • First point of contact against stakeholders outside HW Team, interaction and feedback internally with colleagues outside of the team
  • Analyzing resource utilization and reducing risk of delays in programs and task commitments from the HW Team
  • Identifying gaps, issues, following up and monitoring progress, coordinating and distributing tasks, highlighting decisions needed

  • Degree in or passion for hardware design
  • Experience or understanding of engineering and product development
  • Ability to compromise, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional leadership, structured, organized, outgoing, easy to work with, cooperative, great planning skills, teamwork, problem-solving, initiative
  • Fluent in English and preferably Swedish
