Your Future Role

As a Hardware Team Lead - Program Development, you will play a key role in coordinating work packages within a program, managing projects, and leading program development activities. You will work closely with the Group Manager to ensure the successful delivery of projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate work packages within a program, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Manage projects, activities, and resources, including high-level planning and stakeholder management.
  • Lead program development activities, including sprint planning and agile methodology.
  • Support the Group Manager and team with resource utilization, risk management, and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Degree in or passion for hardware design.
  • Experience or understanding of engineering and product development.
  • Ability to compromise, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, structured, organized, outgoing, easy to work with, cooperative, great planning skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and initiative.
  • Fluent in English and preferably Swedish.
