Hardware Team Lead

At Alstom, we're looking for a skilled Hardware Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Program Development team, you will be responsible for coordinating work packages, managing projects, and leading the development of new hardware solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholders
- Coordinating with the Group Manager to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Leading the development of new hardware solutions, including high-level planning, resource allocation, and sprint planning
- Supporting the Group Manager and team with agile methodology

- Experience in hardware design and engineering
