Job Overview:

As a Fleet Business Growth Specialist at BYD Europe, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships across various regions.

The primary objective is to identify and nurture key fleet customers, both nationally and internationally, while also collecting valuable market information to support our country managers and local Key Account teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to enhance sales and profitability.
  2. Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize their potential.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and implement effective solutions.
  4. Provide training and guidance to local Key Account members in their designated region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the fleet business sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and proficient in English and any Nordic language.
