Housekeeping Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our dynamic team at Radisson Hotel Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our housekeeping team and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Monitor and control budgets and inventory to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
