Arbetsuppgifter

  • Ansvarig för godsmottagning som innefattar in/ut leverans, avfallshantering samt skötsel & renhållning av godsmottagning.
  • Ansvarig för intern leverans av samtligt ankommande gods och leverera till respektive förråd.
  • Dagligen översyn av gården, städa entrén, vattna blommor, skotta/salta, spoling av uteservering.
  • Ansvarig för minibars logistik gällande påfyllnad samt inventering.
  • Daglig säkerhetsrond enligt instruktion.
  • Översyn dagligen och städning av hotellets yttre områden entré/uteserveringar samt innergårdar.
  • Ansvarar för flaggbyte enligt instruktion.
  • Säkerställa ordning och reda i samarbete med fastighetschef/housekeeping Manager i allmänna förrådsutrymmen.
  • Vid arrangemang assistera vid möblering.
  • Rapportera till respektive avdelningschef vid behov av inköp av förbrukningsmaterial.
  • Logistikansvarig mellan de olika hotellen.
  • Ta emot och leverera ankommande förbrukningsmaterial till respektive förråd.
  • Vid behov stötta hotellets driftsavdelningar i samråd med respektive avdelningschef.

Erfarenhet

Gymnasial utbildning med fördjupade kunskaper inom hotell, restaurang, lokalvård och service.

Minst tre års erfarenhet inom housekeeping inom hotell, restaurang och/eller lokalvård.
