Key Responsibilities:
As a Skin/Massage Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional and branded client experience, fostering client loyalty, and contributing to the consistent growth of sales and profits.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform branded Face and Body treatments, including but not limited to LPG, massages, and facial workouts.
- Conduct impactful and inspiring consultation sessions to introduce clients to the world of HEAT by Sophia Lie.
- Cultivate a client-centric culture, focusing on highly satisfying client experiences.
- Build client loyalty and satisfaction by delivering engaging and memorable experiences.
- Adhere to HEAT brand standards and reinforce selling behaviors and processes.
- Drive top-line sales results for treatments, add-on services, and in-house/partner products.
- Display expert knowledge in all treatments and products, taking initiatives to elevate skills.
- Stay informed about sales, promotions, and maintain awareness of all Studio offerings.
- Process client transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and representable Studio, replenishing merchandise to brand standards.
- Assist in back-of-house and stock maintenance, ensuring efficient replenishment.
- Uphold housekeeping standards between client sessions and communicate maintenance issues.
- Reinforce activities related to providing a safe working environment and support Studio strategy to reduce shrink.
Accountabilities:
- Demonstrate and consistently uphold the highest standards in performing treatments.
- Collaborate with the Head of Therapists and team members to ensure a cohesive and high-performing unit.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering effective communication and mutual support.
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance skills and maintain consistent service quality aligned with the brand's mission and vision.
- Stay informed about market trends and customer behavior, providing insights to refine and optimize sales approaches.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Skin or Massage therapist is preferable.
- In-depth knowledge, passion, and experience within the beauty, spa, or wellness industry.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
- Innovative, creative, and eager to learn new treatments.
- Strong ability to follow through on projects in a timely and efficient manner.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing team and taking initiative without direct supervision.
- Desire to learn about products across all categories.
