  • Provide first-level technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with laptops, phones, and peripherals.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up accounts, configuring devices, and installing software.
  • Support and maintain our office IT infrastructure (Wi-Fi, video conferencing tools, VPNs, etc.).
  • Keep documentation and processes updated to ensure knowledge sharing and improve response times.
  • JIRA administration and automation.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.
  • Knowledge of IT support tools, Windows and MacOS operating systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Familiarity with administering services such as Okta, Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, JIRA, etc.
  • Experience in providing tech support for Apple devices.
  • Basic knowledge of writing Bash scripts.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English.
