Din framtida utmaning

I rollen som Head of Regulatory Affairs är ditt uppdrag att följa och analysera utveckling och konsekvenser av aviserade politiska beslut, nationellt och internationellt (primärt EU), för att säkerställa Holmens fortsatta konkurrenskraft. Prioriterade intressentgrupper att följa är politiker, relevanta myndigheter, intresseorganisationer och NGOs på såväl nationell som internationell nivå.

Uppdraget innebär ansvar för omvärldsbevakning, datainsamling, analys samt produktion av rapporter och beslutsunderlag inför strategiska beslut och vägval av Holmens koncernledning. Du förväntas agera bollplank och taktisk rådgivare på flera nivåer.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Bidra till företagets långsiktiga affärsstrategi genom att löpande kartlägga och analysera möjligheter och risker som är kopplade till politiska och regulatoriska förändringar.
  • Säkerställa att Holmen är representerat i viktiga diskussioner och forum där politiska beslut fattas som kan påverka företagets affärsstrategi.
  • Omvärldsbevaka och analysera nationella och internationella regleringar som kan påverka företagets affärsmodell, särskilt inom områden som skogsbruk, energi, klimatneutralitet och hållbarhet, t ex LULUCF, ETS, MMB, Renmarksutredningen.
  • Samarbeta med beslutsfattare och hållbarhets-/miljöspecialister i koncernen för att säkerställa att företaget följer gällande lagar och regler samt är proaktivt inför kommande lagändringar.

Vad vi söker

  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbete med omvärldsanalys, opinionsbildning och av att hantera relationer med beslutsfattare, politiker och myndigheter på nationell och internationell nivå.
  • Flera års erfarenhet av att arbeta med public affairs, regulatory affairs, och/eller i politiska miljöer med särskild tyngd inom hållbarhet och affärsstrategi.
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av projektledaransvar i strukturer och organisationer där förmågan att balansera särintressen och målkonflikter är en självklarhet.
  • Erfarenhet från arbete inom industribolag, gärna inom skogs-, energi- eller liknande sektorer. Erfarenhet från arbete med och rapportering av ESG-frågor är meriterande.
  • Akademisk examen inom statsvetenskap, juridik, hållbarhet eller annan relevant utbildning.
