Description of the Role

As a senior leader within the Communication sales team, you will become one of the contributors to the success and growth of our business in innovative solutions development. The main focus will be towards one of telecom streams with our key customer, which is a world-leading provider of 5G telecom solutions, software, and services to CSPs all over the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a leader within pre-sales engagements.
  • Proactive support of account team.
  • Lead proposals preparation towards technical aspects.
  • Support with technical cost estimations and solution breakdown.
  • Presentation of project proposals to customers and lead further discussions.
  • Participate in workshops, drive geo-distributed engagement teams.
  • Identify the impacts and risks as a result of the solution introduction and recommendations on solution evolution.
  • Share and transfer knowledge and mentor other team members.
  • Bring your recommendations to the table when it comes to new architectures.
  • Identify add-on sales opportunities via close cooperation with the customers in the delivery projects and drive business by finding new convergence opportunities based on expanding existing solutions as well as creating new ones.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Telecom).
  • Solid track record in Customer Engagement / Sales, excellent skills in communicating, leading, influencing, building networks and relationships.
  • Deep understanding of RAN domain, alliances, key trends.
  • Good understanding of standards: ETSI, 3GPP, IETF, CNCF, TMFORUM, MEF-LSO.
  • Knowledge of 5G and 4G technologies, with focus on RAN (Integrated RAN, O-RAN, CRAN, AI RAN).
